Job Overview

As a Junior Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities for SC Digital. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, lead generation, and outreach to potential clients. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify businesses that can benefit from our digital marketing services.

This is a fully remote position that offers growth opportunities for those who are driven, motivated, and eager to learn.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from SC Digital’s services.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships to set up sales calls.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and marketing challenges.

Sales Support & Client Engagement

  • Schedule discovery calls and sales presentations for senior team members.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to track interactions with prospects.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
  • Provide initial information to potential clients about our services and how we can help their business grow.

Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss lead generation progress and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends to better communicate with prospects.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with great follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and eager to engage with new prospects.

  • Open to learning and growing within the role, with the goal of advancing in business development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach efforts.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (Google Ads, SEO, social media, etc.) or willingness to learn.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus but not required.
