What happens when I get started with your agency?

From the very moment you become a client, you'll immediately start receiving proactive communication from a client success manager who will be your "quarterback." Whether you're simply having us take over your current website and hosting or hiring us to do a full-scale digital marketing plan, your hand will be held and you will be kept completely informed every step of the way.

How do you charge?

We offer flexible monthly plans for all our digital marketing services, including websites, SEO, PPC, and more. This ensures continuity, ongoing support, and a manageable investment while helping your business achieve consistent results over time.

I've heard I can finance my website with SC Digital, is that true?

Most of our website clients choose to spread their investment over 12, 24, or 36 months, avoiding a significant upfront expense. This approach allows you to effectively "finance" your website, making the investment more manageable and budget-friendly.

How soon can I see results?

As with anything, there is a "ramp-up" period that varies depending on what type of digital marketing our team is doing for you. For instance, if we're building a website for your company, your website might be complete in as few as 2-4 weeks. If you're bringing us on board to handle Google Ads, social media ads, search engine optimization (SEO), this can take a bit longer due to the nature of these strategies. However, you'll find that at SC Digital, we act with swiftness and urgency. You'll immediately feel our enthusiasm to get your digital marketing off the ground and begin getting you the results your business needs.

How often will I receive reporting?

One of the best parts of working with SC Digital is that we provide you with a login and password to an interactive, customizable dashboard so you can get instant, transparent reporting at any point. Gone are the days when you're waiting on us to send a monthly report... it's all in the palm of your hands at a moment's notice.

How often will I hear from someone to discuss my account and to discuss results?

Depending on your goals and budget, your Client Success Manager will be proactively scheduling "Update" and "Strategy" meetings to discuss the progress on your digital marketing initiatives. On those meetings, we'll be reviewing your business goals and the degree to which your digital marketing strategies are helping you accomplish those goals. We'll also be making suggestions for improving your strategies and providing insights as to what you can do differently to "double down" on the success you're already experiencing.

Will I be able to upgrade and add to my services in the future?

Absolutely - in fact, many of our clients start with us at a lower level and upgrade later, after they've experienced the caliber of communication and results they receive with SC Digital.

How much should I spend to get started?

This is an excellent question many of our clients have at the beginning of our relationship. The answer to this question is different for every business type, in every market, and also varies depending on your business' maturity and level of funding. For instance, we've worked with countless businesses that, for a very nominal amount of money, were able to see dramatic results far beyond their expectation. On the other hand, we've worked with plenty of companies in hyper-competitive industries who need to invest heavily in their digital marketing to even be recognized. If I hire SC Digital to build my website, will I be able to make changes later?

Yes!  We build your website for you, and then provide you with ongoing hosting, maintenance and content updates.  So, if you ever need help making a change to your website, you can just email our support team at [email protected].  And, most of the changes you'd need will be covered by your hosting and maintenance plan, so you won't have to pay any extra.  On the other hand, if you want to make changes to your website yourself, we'll simply provide you with a login and password and you'll be able to do so.

Many of our clients wish to make changes on their own, but when they see how friendly, responsive and professional our support team is, they prefer sending everything to us.
