Job Overview

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for SC Digital clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and measurable results. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to oversee campaign performance, communicate insights to clients, and identify opportunities for growth.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategy meetings to discuss campaign progress and business goals.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client campaigns are optimized for success.
  • Translate data into meaningful reports that highlight progress and areas for improvement.

Strategy & Growth

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client marketing efforts and drive additional value.
  • Work with internal teams to suggest and implement improvements for campaigns.
  • Assist in developing long-term digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that client expectations align with the services delivered.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends to provide clients with innovative strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting platforms is a plus.
